Look at what you view as missing from your life and then focus on returning that energy to you.  You can make a list of what you view as missing and create a statement such as: “I return to __________.”  Look at what feels fragmented from you and then create a list of statements such as:  “I am one with __________.”  See what then shifts in your life.  In reality you are whole but you are in a plane of existence that can make you feel disconnected or fragmented.  You are connected and part of everything.  Your focus is key to helping you feel whole and powerful.  Start feeding your mind and energy with the concept that you are whole, vital and in your power.
