Tune into the energy of love and allow that energy to flow through you. Let go of all agendas. Be in the present moment. Refocus your mind and find that place that feels grounded and centered. You can do this anytime you feel stressed or overwhelmed. By taking a few moments to refocus your energy, you help reset your energy. You give yourself a chance to step away from the chaos and it should allow you to be more productive and more focused. When people are stressed, they often miss the answers that they seek.
